Three Steps, Then You're Connected

    Find Your Confirmation Email

    Keep an eye out for the HelloRoam confirmation email after you order. Open it on a second device so your phone's camera can scan the QR code.

    Add Your eSIM

    Head into Settings, then Cellular on iPhone or Connections on Android. Tap Add e-SIM and point your camera at the QR code from the email.

    Switch On Data Roaming

    Select your new HelloRoam line under mobile data settings. Toggle data roaming on and you're set up and ready to use data as soon as you land.

Get This Sorted Before You Start

You need two things: a phone that's unlocked, and one that supports e SIM technology. Most iPhones from the XS onward and most Android phones from the last few years will work, though it pays to check your settings for an Add eSIM option first. You'll also want Wi-Fi handy for the download, plus your confirmation email open on a laptop, tablet, or spare phone, so your main phone is free to scan the QR code.
