The Samsung Galaxy M53 does not support eSIM. It has two physical nano-SIM slots but no embedded eSIM chip. Samsung phones with eSIM start from the Galaxy S20 series. Check Settings, then Connections, then SIM card manager on your device. If no eSIM option appears, your phone takes a physical SIM only and cannot use a HelloRoam plan.
