Question 4

What if my coupon code is not working?

Accepted Answer

Check five things if your code does not work: (1) spelling, codes like HELLO5 are case-sensitive and must match exactly, (2) expiry date, (3) whether you have already used it on a previous order, (4) minimum order value, there is none for this code, (5) whether another promotion is already applied. If the problem continues, message us on WhatsApp or email help@helloroam.com with your order details and we will sort it quickly.
