On a trip to Europe, my hotel Wi-Fi was so slow and outside Wi-Fi was unreliable. I couldn’t take it anymore so I got helloroam for a few days. It was tricky to set up correctly because of the primary settings (with my original number). But I reached out to their customer service via WhatsApp. Super responsive and helpful, with specific and clear steps to troubleshoot. Appreciate having 4G roaming instead of being stuck with in and out Wi-Fi during my trip!!

Very good experience! The eSIM was easy to set up and worked great in London. It was much cheaper than it would have been to use my own operator there.

Lock in your saving before the deadline. Follow HelloRoam on social media or subscribe to the newsletter to catch future eSIM discount codes.

Do HelloRoam promo codes expire?

HelloRoam promo codes do expire. The HELLO5 eSIM discount code is valid until December 31, 2026. After that date it stops working at checkout. Apply it before the cutoff to keep your 5% saving. Keep an eye on this page or sign up to the newsletter to catch future deals.

What if my coupon code isn't working?

Check these five things if your eSIM voucher code isn't working. (1) Spelling: HELLO5 is case-sensitive and must be entered exactly. (2) The expiry date: codes stop working after December 31, 2026. (3) Previous use: each code is valid once per account. (4) Minimum spend: there is none for this code. (5) Another active promotion on your account. If it still doesn't work, email help@helloroam.com with your order details and the team will sort it out.

Which payment methods do you accept?

HelloRoam accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal at checkout. All prices display in EUR. There's no student-specific voucher, but HELLO5 gives 5% off any plan and is open to all customers, including students heading abroad from Irish universities for the summer or J1 season. Plans cover 185+ countries with no hidden charges.

Can I use a coupon code on an already discounted plan?

The HELLO5 eSIM coupon code works on all HelloRoam plans, including those already on sale, across 185+ countries. The 5% discount applies to the current displayed price and stacks on top of any existing sale. You can't combine it with referral credits or other active promotions.
