T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon all serve Florida with 5G deployed in Miami, Orlando, Tampa, and Fort Lauderdale metro areas. The I-95 and I-75 corridor running the full length of the state has consistent 4G.
The Florida Keys along US-1 from Homestead to Key West have 4G at the main island towns with some gaps between keys. Key West has 4G coverage in the main tourist areas. The Everglades to the south and the Okefenokee Swamp area to the north have very limited coverage.
The Gulf Coast from Naples to Fort Myers and Sarasota to St. Petersburg has solid 4G in all beach towns. The Space Coast around Kennedy Space Center near Cocoa Beach has good 4G coverage. Remote inland areas of Central and North Florida, particularly along the St.
Johns River and the Ocala National Forest, have limited signal. Download maps before venturing off the main interstate corridors.
