West Bay (the main CBD), the Corniche waterfront, and the diplomatic area have full 5G coverage. Souq Waqif, the Pearl-Qatar island, Katara Cultural Village, and Msheireb Downtown Doha are all excellently covered. Lusail City, the purpose-built city north of Doha that hosted the 2022 FIFA World Cup final, has complete 5G coverage. Lusail Stadium area and the Marina retail district are fully covered.
Hamad International Airport (DOH), consistently ranked among the world's best airports, has 5G and 4G throughout all terminals, gates, concourses, and the transit hotel areas. Signal is strong throughout the Hamad departure mall, Al Mourjan Business Lounge, and retail sections.
The Doha Metro (Red, Green, and Gold lines) has 4G coverage at all stations. The metro tunnels have partial coverage in many sections. Coverage at Education City station and QU station on the Red Line is solid. The Metro system is newer and designed with infrastructure for mobile coverage.
