The British Virgin Islands are served by two operators: Flow (part of Liberty Latin America) and CCT (Caribbean Cellular Telephone). Flow provides the stronger overall 4G network across Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Jost Van Dyke, and Anegada. CCT offers additional 4G coverage in some areas of Tortola and Road Town.
Road Town on Tortola has solid 4G coverage across the ferry terminal area, main street, and commercial district. Cane Garden Bay and Sopers Hole on the west end are covered. Virgin Gorda has 4G in Spanish Town and the valley near The Baths. The Baths National Park area has usable signal at the beach entrance and main trail.
Jost Van Dyke is smaller and has more limited coverage. White Bay and Great Harbour have some 4G from Flow. Anegada, the flat coral island to the north, has limited 3G coverage in The Settlement. The open water between islands and uninhabited cays have no signal. Sailors on charter boats should expect coverage only near populated anchorages and not across open passages.
